REGISTRATIONS 

 

All course registrations made by telephone or e-mail are considered bindingly booked after written confirmation. If the registration is not confirmed by the ski school Lärchenhof, the customer's offer is not accepted in any case.

 

 

 

 

 PRICES

All price quotations of the ski school Lärchenhof on the internet, in brochures, advertisements or other information carriers - are not binding for the ski school Lärchenhof. The ski school Lärchenhof reserves the right to make changes at any time.

All prices in price lists are gross prices including any possible legal sales tax, but excluding lift tickets, equipment and food.

If a group consists of less than four participants, the ski school Lärchenhof reserves the right to combine them or to adjust the price for three participants.

 CANCELLATION CONDITIONS 

 

• For cancellations up to 48 hours before start of the course, the amount paid will be refunded.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before start of the course will not be refunded.

• In case of cancellation or cancellation during the course due to illness or injury we need a medical certificate to refund the remaining days of the course.

The ski school Lärchenhof accepts no liability for the observance of course dates.

 LIABILITY

Any liability for damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website is excluded, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. The ski school Lärchenhof rejects any liability for accidents which occur during or before ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the participant.

 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The course participant has to inform the ski school Lärchenhof about his abilities and experiences concerning skiing ability truthfully and comprehensively as well as to take care of the equipment according to the state of the art and the external conditions.

The course participant must follow the instructions of the ski school Lärchenhof. Disregard of instructions and admonitions entitles the ski school Lärchenhof to dissolve the contract immediately. This also applies if the course participant shows inappropriate behaviour towards other course participants.

The ski school Lärchenhof is also entitled to withdraw from the contract if the participation at a ski courses takes place under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any medication that is not disclosed.

 MISCELLANEOUS

• Course cancellations due to weather conditions (force majeure) will not be refunded.
